Lauren Feldman

Assistant Beverage Director, L'Artusi

Lauren joined L'Artusi as an opening manager and has quickly been promoted to Assistant Beverage Director.  Originally from Sonoma County, Lauren also was part of the opening team at dell'anima.  Her experience in the food and beverage industry started at home in Northern California and she turned her attention to wine during a semester abroad in Florence.  She has continued to study wine with an Italian focus and recently received an Advanced Certificate of Wine & Spirits from the International Wine Center.
