Aaron Sherman comes to L'Artusi most recently from WD-50, where he was a sommelier and manager. A graduate of New York University, where he majored in both History and Italian, Sherman also received an Advanced Certificate of Wine and Spirits with Distinction from the International Wine Center and is in the process of getting his Diploma of Wine and Spirits. He's worked at a number of restaurants in NYC, including Bellavitae, Il Posto Accanto, 'inoteca, Morandi, and Louis 649.
